- Consistent hydration
- Proper rest the week of the TOP
Spiritual Preparation
- Daily prayer time
- Focused Bible reading in the Psalms
- Confession and reconciliation
- Optional fasting the day before
What to Bring
- Broken-in hiking boots
- 30L backpack
- Layered clothing
- Water bottle, headlamp, rain shell
- Bible and journal
