Registrations for Training of Orientation and Purpose (TOPs) are subject to the following conditions:

• The participant must be over 18 years old or accompanied by an authorized legal guardian;
• Registration is only confirmed after full payment of the corresponding fee;
• Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance do not guarantee a refund, except in cases of force majeure;
• Legendários Boston reserves the right to refuse participation in case of inappropriate behavior or risk to group safety.

TOPs involve outdoor activities with inherent risks, including but not limited to: rough terrain, weather variations, intense physical exertion, and exposure to nature. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Legendários Boston, its leaders, volunteers, and partners harmless from liability for injuries, losses, or damages, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, videos, design, and brand — is the property of Legendários Boston or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written authorization is prohibited.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites and assume no responsibility for them. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.
